STAROMEDIA is a social media marketing platform that provides social media engagement and promotion services (such as followers, likes, views, subscribers and related digital marketing services) for supported platforms. Services are delivered through our network of providers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use STAROMEDIA.
Orders are paid for from your STAROMEDIA wallet balance. You may fund your wallet using the payment methods available on the deposit page. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Wallet funds are intended for purchasing services on STAROMEDIA.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by service and provider. You are responsible for providing a correct link and order details. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processing with a provider, except where a cancellation option is offered for that service.
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Refill Policy. Where an order is cancelled or only partially delivered, the affected amount is returned to your STAROMEDIA wallet.
You agree not to use STAROMEDIA for any unlawful purpose, to submit links to content that is illegal, or to abuse, defraud, or harm the platform or other users.
STAROMEDIA is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the terms of the platforms you use.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAROMEDIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of STAROMEDIA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
