This Refund & Refill Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund or refill on STAROMEDIA.
Funds added to your STAROMEDIA wallet are credited to your balance for purchasing services. Wallet top-ups are generally non-reversible once credited, but unused balance remains available for future orders.
If an order is cancelled before or during fulfilment, the order amount is automatically refunded to your STAROMEDIA wallet balance.
If an order is only partially delivered, the portion that was not delivered is automatically refunded to your wallet, proportional to the undelivered quantity.
Where a service is marked as refill-eligible and the delivered count drops within the refill window, you may request a refill from your order history at no additional cost. Refill availability and duration depend on the specific service.
Refunds are not provided for orders that were delivered as described, for incorrect links or details supplied by the customer, or for results affected by changes you make to your own social media account after ordering.
To request a refill or raise a refund query, open a support ticket or contact support@staromedia.com with your order ID.
Automatic refunds to your wallet are applied as soon as an order is marked cancelled or partial. Manual reviews are typically handled within as soon as possible.
